Memories with this Recipe
Whenever I was a child my maternal grandmother AKA “Meme” used to make goulash during the cold days of winter. Every time it snows, or the weather gets really cold I make this recipe for my husband and children to warm them up. This recipe always reminds me of my childhood with my grandparents.

                                                                                   Ingredients:

1lb Ground Beef                                                 Tomato Paste

16oz Elbow Macaroni                                         1tsp Salt (to taste)

1 Purple Onion- diced                                         2tbsp Black pepper

1tbs Garlic powder                                              28oz Diced Tomatoes (not drained)

1 Cup frozen Corn                                               2 ½ Cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded Cheese

Cooking time: 50mins

Serves: 2-4 people

Directions:

In a large saucepan brown the ground beef over medium heat, BLT Cattle LLC. Beef does not have to be drained, if you are using other beef drain the excess grease. Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Frozen corn. Stir the ingredients together and then add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth, mix all  the ingredients until it is thoroughly mixed. Next add in the elbow Macaroni, turn down the heat to low and put the lid on saucepan. Let the ingredients simmer until the noodles are soft and tender. Stir in the cheese, put the lid back on and let the Goulash sit for 10 minutes.
